Access to the Klarna Partner Portal is given per account. Paytrail grants access to the accounts they manage for you and picks a role for each.

How you get access

Paytrail links their portal to the Klarna Partner Portal, and you sign in with your Paytrail credentials. See Access the portal.
To get access to another account, or to change your role, contact Paytrail.

Manage users

User manager isn't available when you sign in through Paytrail. To add a user, remove access, or change a role, contact Paytrail.

Two-factor authentication

Disputes, 0% Financing, and Brand manager require two-factor authentication. You don't need Klarna two-factor authentication to sign in, but locked apps still ask you to set it up or verify with Klarna, and you may need to set a Klarna password first.
