Invite users to the Klarna Partner Portal, assign roles per account, and understand two-factor authentication.

Access to the Klarna Partner Portal is given per account. A user can have a different role in each account they belong to, and the apps they see change when they switch accounts.
Your first user
The first user is the administrator named in your agreement with Klarna. They receive an activation email and then invite everyone else from User manager.
Expired activation link
If the activation link has expired, select Forgot your password on the login page to get a new one.
Invite and manage users
In User manager, you can:
Invite users: enter one or more email addresses, choose the accounts, and pick a role for each account.
Edit users: change their roles or the accounts they can access, disable the account, or reset their two-factor authentication so they set it up again at their next login.
Remove access: remove a user from one account, or delete the user.
Help users sign in: resend the activation email.
Export: download the list of users as a CSV file.
Invited users accept or decline each new account from the invitation shown when they next log in, or from Notifications.

Klarna Payments Merchant Accounts use app-specific permissions instead of roles. For each app, you choose full, limited, or read-only access, or make the user an admin of the store.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is required for apps that handle sensitive data, including Order manager, Settlements, Disputes, User manager, 0% Financing, and Brand manager. These apps show a lock until you verify:
Complete setup: you haven't set up a second factor yet.
Log in: you've set it up but need to verify again before you continue.
Change your two-factor authentication method from your profile menu.
